Our founder, Ritu Dua, has 30+ years of experience in the hospitality industry. She started her career with Taj President in 1980 amassing valuable skills and expertise and has since then, further honed her skills over the last four decades.
Armed with tenacity and a keen eye for excellence, she decided to start something of her own. And so, in 2003, ARAR was born.

We’re only as good as our team. Our leadership brings with it a range of skills and experience, ranging from 5-star hotels and cruise lines to management consultancy.
Anisha Dua
Anisha joined ARAR in 2007, humbly starting her journey as an on-site supervisor. Over the years, she has worked in various roles across Business Development, Client Servicing, Personnel Training and Field Operations.
Under her stewardship, ARAR has expanded its footprint across diverse sectors and has grown ten-folds in terms of revenue.
Chaitali Agarwal
A former consultant at Ernst & Young, Chaitali moved from the world of consultancy to face the ground-level realities of the facility management business, a few years ago. An experience that has enriched her beyond her years.
During her time at ARAR, she’s been instrumental in tightening the ship from an operational standpoint by using her management consultancy prowess with perfect measure.
Ritu Dua
With 30+ years in the hospitality business, Ritu Dua has honed her exquisite eye for detail and excellence to absolute perfection. She also has the unique advantage of being able to provide elite services at competitive rates, owing to her long-established premium vendor network.
Her 5-star hotel training, SOPs and strict adherence to compliances form the very DNA of our company till date.
Rajiv Dua
An engineer with an MBA in Logistics & Finance from Cranfield University, Rajiv Dua went on to become the Honorary Consul General of Malta with experience across Europe & Asia.
Prior to ARAR, he was heading operations for international giants like Matson and Xtra International across the Middle East, India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh regions and is vastly experienced in the shipping, media and facility management sectors.
